AC South in association with TSS Facilities (tssfacilities.co.uk). TSS Facilities started off in 1971 as a small family-run refrigeration company to the full facilities service company that we are today. Over the years we secured contracts with Spar, Singer Link-Miles, Sainbury’s, NHS Trusts and Brighton and Hove City Council to name a few.
The demand for air conditioning within domestic properties has risen drastically over the last few years. TSS Facilities wanted to continue to provide excellent workmanship and customer service while specialising within the domestic sector.
TSS Facilities and AC South share our assets to help reduce our carbon footprint.

Our experienced team of air conditioning engineers hold the appropriate qualifications and we hold partner accreditations with Daikin, Samsung and Mitsubishi.
We also make sure that the supply chain we use for all of our parts and equipment are fully reviewed before we buy from them.
Staff Training
We’re a big believer in investing in our staff. At TSS Facilities we always keep up-to-date with all the latest legislation and health & safety policies, while providing constant training for all of our staff.
Investing Back Into The Community
Being able to sponsor or provide equipment and engineers to local charities is a privilege that we are always extremely happy to do.
Our recent endeavours include sponsorship of cricket teams, supplying boiler and labour FOC to the Scouts Hut in Southwick and Brighton Youth Club.
